I have not done a lot of carrot cake cupcakes before, so I was very excited when a customer requested this flavor. The result was delicious! The spices and fresh carrot just went so well together, not to mention being topped with my favorite cream cheese frosting.
But, these cupcakes needed a little decoration! The client requested some fishing themes as well as guitar themes. Random, but still fun! I loved how the little fish looked and the guitar pick turned out perfect.
This might be my favorite photo (below), mostly because the worms around it just make it so fun! Hope you enjoyed these cupcakes as much as I enjoyed making them. Happy Monday!
