I know that "happy post-spring break" is an annoying reminder of the wonderful week of freedom students, teachers, and some parents enjoyed last week. I was able to go to El Salvador on a mission trip with our youth group and it was AMAZING. It was truly awe-inspiring watching God work. Hopefully this week I'll get the chance to tell you about the goodies I ate there, but first I want to tell you that i've been featured on the Dallas Cupcake Camp website since I'm baking for the event!
