I played around my kitchen a little this weekend and tried out a new cupcake. I call it "Lemon Delight". The cake is a rich and tasty pound cake and is topped with cream cheese frosting.
Inside is where you get the "delight"! The cupcake is filled with lemon curd, which brings out the lemon flavor in the pound cake. I tried it out on a few people and got rave reviews!
This might very well be my Cupcake Camp recipe. I will also be adding it to the list of specialty cupcakes available. This is a perfect cupcake for a bridal or baby shower.

Was this the yummy one I ate the other day at Paula's house? Yum-0. Loved it...would love to have another one.
